Intake Process

We are currently accepting new patients at HAART.

We suggest that you either call or stop by the clinic Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 11 AM to speak with the Intake Coordinator or the Staff of the Day.

Our current admission days are Monday-Thursday. Our admissions start by 7:30am and end at the end of dispensing at 12:15am.

Appointments are generally scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Drop-in admission is on a first come, first serve basis on those days if slots are open outside of appointments. We advise you to come as close to 6am as possible and give yourself and us some time. The relief of predictable access to medication and supportive care will be worth it.

Once you present in person, you will be asked to fill out our initial application and medical history forms and submit a urine specimen. The state currently requires that a simple RPR and HEP C blood test be attempted prior to receiving any medication, and HAART Program will coordinate and pay for this effort if not being done off site. If you are a past client, are currently in treatment and wish to transfer, or if the required documentation can be quickly attained, we may be able to begin treatment on the same day. Same-day treatment may be available for long-term detox slots as well. However, due primarily to bureaucratic requirements that exist for all providers, this same-day turnaround may not always be possible. We know you want treatment to begin as soon as possible, and we will work with you to make this happen.
